1. Manuscript Completion
   The process begins once you have finished your draft and are ready to hand it over to us. Make sure that your manuscript is clean and adhering to our Document Prep Style Guide.

2. Professional Editing
   Our editor reviews your manuscript thoroughly. This may include developmental editing to address structure and flow, copyediting to improve grammar and consistency, and proofreading to ensure a final polish.

3. Author Revisions
   You will review the editor’s notes and submit a revised, finalized manuscript.

4. Custom Design and Formatting
   Our in-house designer will create a professional cover design (front, spine, back, and eBook version) and format the interior layout for both print and digital editions.

5. ISBN and Copyright Setup
   We guide you through securing your ISBN, preparing your copyright page, and completing all necessary front and back matter.

6. Proof Review
   You will receive a digital or print proof to confirm that the manuscript and design are exactly as you envisioned.

7. Platform Uploads
   We assist with uploading your book to Amazon KDP.

8. Pricing and Distribution
   Choose your book price, royalty options, and distribution channels.

9. Author Copies
   You order copies of your book to confirm the final product before release.

10. Marketing and Launch Support
    Create a launch plan (social media, email list, press outreach, reviews). Schedule your official release date.

11. Post-Launch Guidance
    Monitor sales and reviews and continue marketing efforts and update editions as needed.
